Our Story
The ÎMPREUNĂ PENTRU BLĂNOȘI Association is a non-profit organization founded on September 13, 2022, whose members are volunteers brought together by their love for animals and nature. We started as a group of 8, and while some left and new friends joined, we remain driven by the desire to build a better world. We began in early 2022 as volunteers helping animals in need using our own resources. Since September 2022, we are officially established as an association.
What We Do?
Through the association, we undertake awareness and education activities, but especially practical actions.
Rescue and Care
Taking in, housing, sterilizing, and vaccinating abandoned animals until they can be placed in families. We have rescued over 100 dogs and 20 cats.
Adoption Promotion
We encourage adoption over buying. We collaborate with organizations in Belgium, Germany, and Sweden to find loving families.
Social Sterilization
We offer sterilization and treatments for pets of people who cannot afford these costs, in collaboration with other associations and veterinary clinics.
Education and Awareness
We conduct campaigns in schools and kindergartens to prevent abandonment and educate young people about responsibility towards animals.
